His career has spanned tactical operations, critical incident response, recruitment, and leadership development. In addition to his law enforcement service, Dr. De Jesus is a college professor, school board member, and leadership consultant, blending frontline expertise with academic and organizational insight. He holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership and Change, and master's degrees in Human Resources, Law, and Geospatial Intelligence from the University of Southern California. Through The Advisory Bureau, Dr. De Jesus has developed practical, real-world training solutions for schools, businesses, and public agencies—bridging the gap between theory and day-to-day operational safety.
